So after allowing more than one year for these to be redeemed under new ownership in goodwill they are no longer valid.

Upon any payment to A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions in their entirety. In addition to any other rights, we, A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge you, the booking guest to recoup funds for any breaches of our terms and conditions / purchases from our mini-bar.
1. BOOKING SIGHT UNSEEN
A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any misconceptions made by the booking guest. Every effort is made to ensure photographs and property inventory is accurate. We encourage you to reach out to our team should you have any questions / queries prior to making a reservation.
2. BOND IN LIEU
A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd holds Credit Card Details as a bond in lieu to recoup funds for any breach to our terms and conditions. This may be inclusive but not limited to; damaged goods, excess cleaning, mini-bar expenses, soiled linen, nauseous cleaning. Mini-Bar expenses will be charged at the menu/bar price, however all other items will be charged an amount to the sum of managements discretion.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Any reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date will be eligible to receive a full refund, less a $30.00 Admin Fee.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation between 30 and 14 days of your anticipated arrival date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund, less a $30.00 Admin Fee.
Should you cancel your reservation inside 14 – 0 days of your expected arrival date, you will be charged 100% of your total tariff rate / stay.
4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-In is from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival. Guests will be contacted approximately 1 day(s) prior to their arrival to advise Check-In procedure. Check-Out is 10.00am on the day of your departure. Upon request, we will make every effort to accommodate an earlier Check-In / later Check-Out, although we must advise either may sometimes be unavailable. Any alterations to either Check-In / Check-Out time must have managements pre-approval or penalty fees of $50.00 per hour may be charged at managements discretion.
5. GUEST RESERVATIONS
Reservations are accepted online, through our affiliated Third Party Portals, via email or via telephone with our Accommodation Manager(s). Reservations are accepted and confirmed on the basis the room suite is available at the time of booking. However, we ask guests be aware double bookings may occur from time to time, therefore we wish to advise, we A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd may alter your reservation in consultation with you the booking guest or cancel the reservation with a full refund provided if no suitable alternation to your reservation can be made.
6. KEYS
Guests will be provided a key to access their suite / accommodation building. Failure to return your key on departure, or the loss of your guest key or any damage(s) to said key will require repair / replacement at the guests full expense.
7. NOISE REGULATIONS
In the interest of all our valued guests and neighbouring properties, our rooms are in a ‘quiet time’ from 9.00pm – 6.30am. Breaches to our quiet time by the way of excess noise may result in the immediate termination of your reservation with no refund/return of monies.
8. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
Each of our rooms only has the capacity to accommodate 2 adults. Given the structure and layout of our boutique bedroom suites, some suites can accommodate up to 1 child with additon of a rollaway bed/cot however the number of children (under the age of 18) cannot exceed 1. A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd must be advised well in advance, prior to your arrival if an additional bed is required.
9. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment can be made via Visa or Mastercard. All Credit Card Transactions are subject to a merchant fee of 1.5%. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit must be paid upon booking. All final balances are due and payable 14 days prior to your expected arrival date.
10. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we A & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd does not accept liability to you or your guests for any liabilities, loss, damage or injury arising from or connected to the use by the Customer, its employees, contractors or guests of the Accommodation and/or the consumption of any food or beverages. Use of the Accommodation is at the Customer’s own risk. Any / all guest(s) occupyA & J Port Fairy Pty Ltd premise at their own risk
